My Process

I experience life through shapes, color, texture, and emotions.  Collage is one way to express these different forms creating a new whole. 

I paint with a lot of emotions from the heart in a stream-of-consciousness style that emphasizes brilliant colors and simplified lines.  The repetitive nature of mindful stitching induces a calming meditative state.

Stitching has a wonderful way of creating, mending, healing, and keeping the seams of life together.  

Through trusting, listening and being with the process, something is revealed. I offer each piece of art from my heart to yours. Enjoy.
